How long is the Shiny Jets training program?

Our on-site trainings range from 2 to 5 days depending on your needs. Smaller teams and 1-on-1 sessions can be completed in as little as two days, while full corporate or FBO crew trainings usually take the full five days. Every session is hands-on, focused on real aircraft, and customized to your experience level so you leave confident, and ready to detail aircraft the right way.

Where does the training take place?

Our main in-person trainings are held in Ontario at Threshold Aviation, where we have full access to the tools, equipment, and aircraft needed for proper hands-on learning. If it's easier for your team, we can also fly out to your airport or FBO for on-site training.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer payment plans through the Shop app on our website. You can split your training cost into monthly payments over 12 months. The plan comes with a 30 percent APR, and approval is handled directly through Shop at checkout.

What support do I get after training?

Accepted Answer

You'll receive 12 months free access to our pricing app, get added to our certified detailer list for your state, and earn recognition as an aviation detailing expert. You'll also keep lifetime access to the online training course, get support from the same team members who trained you, and receive a referral to an aviation-approved insurance broker.

Do I need to pay for my own hotel and travel?

Accepted Answer

If you're training at our Ontario location, we cover your hotel and meals for the entire training period, so you don't have to worry about accommodations. The only cost on your end is travel to and from Ontario.
