How does the Shiny Jets CRM 30-day trial work?

New accounts get 30 days with no card, 5 sent quotes a month and a 5% platform fee. On day 31 the account locks until you pick a plan, and there is no free plan for new signups.

The trial includes customers and aircraft history, FAA tail-number lookup, the quote builder with PDF and share link, e-signature and damage photos on quotes, a quote-request link, QR code and website embed with a Requests inbox, and a listing in the Shiny Jets Aircraft Detailer Directory. We also added a smarter setup checklist, a simpler sidebar for your first week and a first-run tutorial, so day one is less button hunting.

What changed in quotes?

Quotes got faster to send and easier to sign. You choose how prices show before you send, and the web quote and PDF now match.

• Quote requests ask for the airport, so you know where the airplane is before you call back.
• E-signature on quotes, plus private damage photos you can keep to yourself.
• Defaults can apply to one tail number, an aircraft class or all aircraft.
• Plain-English terms on quotes and invoices. Your customer should not need a lawyer to say yes.
• An email templates dashboard, and one clear next step on every quote and job.

What changed for jobs and crews?

Every aircraft now has a service history timeline, and the active job sorts to the top. Job video uploads are faster too.

• Projects with notes for the bigger jobs.
• Crew, partner referrals, multi-location booking and retainers got a round of work on Business.
• Team hours line up with the hours you track for the crew.

What changed in payments?

Customers can enter ACH bank details more easily. After payment, they see a clear message when no date is set yet, so nobody wonders what happens next.

What is new in Detailing AI?

Detailing AI quote lines now save straight to a draft quote. Detailing AI and AI quote drafts are on Business only.

• Photo diagnosis with up to 3 photos.
• Covers every aircraft surface and follows up on how jobs turned out.
• Follows manufacturer product restrictions and includes Permagard guidance.

Every Settings section now works on a phone, so you can run the shop from the ramp. You can sign in with Face ID or a fingerprint, and customers can use Google or Apple sign-in on the customer portal.
