Every new Shiny Jets CRM account starts with a free 30-day trial, no credit card needed. When the 30 days are up, you pick a plan to keep going: Lite at $39.95 a month or Business at $89.95 a month ($899 a year). Aircraft Detailing AI, including AI quote drafts and AI quick quotes, is only on Business.

Why I built Shiny Jets CRM

I built Shiny Jets CRM because I needed it. After 15 years detailing aircraft, I got tired of quoting from spreadsheets, chasing payments by text and losing track of which customers were due for service. Car detailing software doesn't know what a tail number is, and maintenance software is built for a different job. So I built one for us.

How the free 30-day trial works

• Free for 30 days. Sign up at crm.shinyjets.com or grab the Shiny Jets CRM — Free 30-Day Trial. No credit card needed.
• Set it up on real work. Look up aircraft by FAA tail number, build your service menu, add customers and aircraft, and send quotes with a PDF and a share link. The trial includes 5 sent quotes a month, and a 5% platform fee applies to online payments.
• Day 31. If you haven't added a card and picked a plan, you lose access. We never charge you unless you add a card and buy a plan.
• Your data stays. Your customers, aircraft, quotes and jobs are kept, so when you pick a plan you start right where you left off.

There's no permanent free plan. The trial is there so you can see if it fits your shop before you pay anything.

Lite ($39.95/month): for the solo detailer

Lite is for one person running real jobs. You get unlimited quotes, follow-ups and scheduled sending, Google Calendar sync, invoices with Stripe payments, deposits and Book Now, Pay Later, jobs with photos and completion and delivery reports, a customer portal and live aircraft progress portal, review and feedback requests, and your own logo on quotes (with "Powered by Shiny Jets").

Lite drops the platform fee on online payments from the trial's 5% to 2%. Jobs on Lite take photos only; video uploads are on Business.

Lite does not include Aircraft Detailing AI, AI quote drafts or AI quick quotes. Those are Business only.

Business ($89.95/month): for crews, and for the AI

Move to Business when more than one person is working jobs, when you want the AI, or when your online payment volume makes the fee matter. Business adds:

• Aircraft Detailing AI, including AI quote drafts and AI quick quotes
• The Shiny Jets Aircraft Pricing Tool
• Video uploads on jobs, on top of photos
• Up to 3 users with roles, a crew app with PIN time clock and payroll, a dispatch board and a manager dashboard
• Change orders, reports and profitability, recurring services, marketing campaigns, and inventory with barcode scanning
• Full white-label with a custom domain, and top directory placement
• A 0% platform fee on online payments

Business costs $50 a month more than Lite and saves 2% on online payments, so on fees alone it pays for itself above $2,500 a month in online payments, before you count the crew tools and the AI.

Business Annual ($899/year)

Same features as Business, billed once a year. Twelve months of Business at $89.95 is $1,079.40, so paying yearly saves $180.40.

What the AI does, and what it doesn't

Aircraft Detailing AI looks at a photo or your description, tells you what's likely going on, and walks you through the Shiny Jets method to fix it. On Business, AI quote drafts and AI quick quotes help you write up the job faster.

The AI does not set your dollar prices, and it doesn't replace the Pricing Tool. You still check the numbers and set the price. Its guidance is advisory; the aircraft's manuals and your A&P/IA have the final say.

No. The AI helps you diagnose problems and write up quotes faster, but it doesn't set your dollar prices and it doesn't replace the Pricing Tool. You still set the price.
