CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Please read before enrolling. By completing checkout you agree to these terms.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Shiny Jets does not issue refunds on training. Enrollment is payment in full and reserves a seat in a class limited to a small number of students. Once you enroll, that seat is removed from availability and cannot be resold on short notice. Instructor time, facility access, aircraft access, and materials are committed to you in advance.

This policy applies to online courses, in-person courses, drop-in training days, and any combination of these.

Two exceptions apply, described below.

EXCEPTION 1: ONE-TIME RESCHEDULE

Life happens. You may move your enrollment to any other scheduled session one time at no charge, provided you notify us at least 14 days before your original start date.

Your payment transfers in full to the new session. There is no fee, and the rescheduled session may take place any time within 12 months of your original date.

Requests made fewer than 14 days before your start date, and second reschedule requests, are reviewed case by case. We are usually able to accommodate a genuine emergency. Contact us and ask.

EXCEPTION 2: IF SHINY JETS CANCELS

If we cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, including weather, aircraft availability, instructor illness, or airport access, you choose either:

- Transfer to another scheduled session at no charge, or
- A full refund of everything you paid

We are not responsible for travel or lodging costs. Please book refundable travel where possible.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE AND WHEN

Online courses: Login credentials are emailed immediately upon payment confirmation, and your course is available right away.

In-person courses: Written confirmation of your session dates within 2 business days of enrollment. A pre-arrival packet follows with schedule, lodging guidance, and a required ramp access release form. Training is delivered on the scheduled dates at Threshold Aviation Group, Chino Airport (KCNO), 8352 Kimball Ave, Chino, CA 91708.

Drop-in days: The online program is a prerequisite. After you complete the online modules, call or text (858) 267-4469 to confirm your dates.

Attendance is recorded. Course completion is documented and certificates are issued on completion.

NO-SHOW

Students who do not attend and do not contact us in advance forfeit the full amount paid. If something goes wrong on your travel day, call us. We would rather reschedule you than lose you.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Chemicals, equipment, and merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unopened, resalable condition for a full refund less return shipping. Opened chemical containers cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons.

Damaged or incorrect shipments are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Report these within 3 days of delivery.

ON-SITE CORPORATE TRAINING

Terms for on-site engagements at your facility are set in the written agreement for that engagement and supersede this page.

INSTALLMENT AND FINANCING PAYMENTS

If you paid using an installment or financing option such as Klarna or Shop Pay Installments, this policy applies exactly as written. Choosing to finance does not create a right of cancellation that does not otherwise exist.

Where a refund is issued under this policy, it is returned to the financing provider, who then adjusts your payment plan. Interest or fees charged by a financing provider are set by that provider and are not refunded by Shiny Jets.

If you are unhappy with any part of your experience, contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or financing provider. We respond within 2 business days and we have resolved every issue that has been brought to us directly.

Filing a dispute does not pause this policy, and we respond to disputes with our records of enrollment, communication, delivery, and attendance.
