Brett Berry is the founder of Shiny Jets and one of the most recognized names in professional aircraft detailing worldwide.

His path into aviation started the same way most good stories do — by accident. After detailing cars and then jumping to construction, Brett found his way back to detailing when one customer happened to own an airplane. That single aircraft at a local airport turned into a career spanning 15 years, two aircraft detailing companies built from scratch, and a training academy trusted by detailers across the globe.

Early in his career Brett spent years cosmetically restoring over 28 warbirds — aircraft with irreplaceable parts, flying museum pieces that required meticulous research and direct consultation with mechanics to get right. There were no textbooks. No YouTube tutorials. No industry standard. He built his expertise the hard way, and that foundation is what every Shiny Jets training program is built on.

Brett has been recognized in InFlight USA, featured on the cover for his work in the aviation detailing industry. His approach to aircraft detailing as preventative maintenance — not just cosmetics — has earned the trust of FBO operators, corporate flight departments, and private jet owners worldwide.
